We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to join our team. This leadership role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. We are looking for a landscaping business development manager who has outstanding interpersonal skills, dynamic presentation abilities and a strong sense of initiative that can drive business for our Company. We are seeking an individual who is engaged in their communities, allowing them to build and nurture relationships and create a visibly strong presence for our company. This individual would work and develop relationships with property managers, real estate developers, etc. for corporate growth, passionate about the environment and thrive in working with people. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and analysis of industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster collaboration and drive sales growth.
• Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and partnerships that align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in project management and execution of business initiatives.
• Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales performance.
• Prepare reports on market trends, competitor activities, and business development progress for executive leadership.
• Complete bids with other team members.

Experience

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and execution within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software is highly desirable.
• A deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

Pay: $99,582.00 - $115,000.00 per year
