Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field
• Applicants who will hold the following credentials by August 25, 2025 are welcome to apply. We will work with applicants whose license is in process.

Minnesota Teacher License : Early Childhood Special Education

We encourage all applicants to review the MN Tier License System as we will work with applicants in applying for various Tier licenses that they may qualify

Salary

Benefit Package

We offer a highly competitive rewards package that includes :

Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA : $48,765 and MA : $59,697; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (pro rated based on FTE)

Medical premiums are covered by the district up to 100% for individual plans and up to $1,115 per month toward family plans. Dental premiums are fully covered by the district for individual and family plans. District contributions to VEBA / HRA accounts for select medical plans.

403b with a district match of up to 2.25% of annual salary
