- Minnesota Teacher License: English / Language Arts (6 - 8)
- We encourage all applicants to review the MN Tier License System as we will work with applicants in applying for various Tier licenses that they may qualify
- The district is willing to request an out of field permission license as needed

- Compensation & Paid Leave
- Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $50,715 and MA: $62,085; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (prorated based on FTE)
- Performance Awards available
- Up to 12 sick days and up to 1.5 personal days of leave given yearly
- Health Insurance
- Medical premiums are covered by the district up to 100% for individual plans and up to $1,115 per month toward family plans.
- Dental premiums are fully covered by the district for individual and family plans
- District contributions to VEBA/HRA accounts for select medical plans.
- Retirement
- 403b with a district match of up to 2.25% of annual salary
- District contribution of 8.75% to MN Teacher Retirement Association (TRA)
