- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field

- Minnesota Teacher License: Elementary Education
- Minnesota lifetime substitute license if previously held a MN teaching license (Tier 3, Tier 4 or 5-year standard) aligned to Elementary Education.
