RATE OF PAY : 20.30
HOURS PER DAY : 7 hours / day
START & ENDING TIME :
6 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM (with break in between)
WORKING DAYS PER YEAR :
178 days / year
PAID HOLIDAYS :
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED :
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- CPR and first aid training within first 3 months of employment required.
- One year working with special needs children preferred.
- Willingness to work with and show respect for students with special needs.
- Knowledge of the district discipline policy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to establish a congenial relationship with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to effectively manage behavioral problems and reinforce student behavior plan.
