Job Description:
As a 3rd Shift EMT Technician at Eden Recovery Center, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients during their overnight shifts. This includes fostering positive relationships with clients, residents, and visitors, while maintaining effective communication with your team members. You will be responsible for offering guidance and support to clients, monitoring their behavior according to program guidelines, and facilitating two groups per shift. Accurate documentation of these groups in Kipu is also essential. Additionally, you will document all significant interactions with clients in Kipu and assist with meal preparation, laundry, and bed changes upon discharge. Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times is paramount.
