About Us:We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook / Line Cook / Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchenteam. We take pride in delivering high-quality, wood-fired pizzas and exceptional coastal cuisine. If you haveexperience in pizza preparation and cooking, this is a great opportunity to grow your culinary career in a stable,expanding environment with plenty of room for advancement.Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated cook who is proficient in pizza-making, dough preparation, and general cookingtechniques. The ideal candidate should have experience working with pizza ovens, handling fresh ingredients,and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook artisan pizzas from scratch, including dough stretching, topping, and baking.- Assist in prep work for pizza and other menu items as needed.- Operate and maintain pizza ovens and kitchen equipment efficiently.- Ensure food is prepared to recipe specifications and quality standards.- Maintain a clean and organized station while following health and safety regulations.- Support the kitchen team with general cooking duties, including sautéing, grilling, and plating when required.- Work collaboratively with the Sous Chefs and kitchen leadership team to execute a smooth service.Requirements:- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on pizza-making and general line cooking.- Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, fermentation, and stretching techniques.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service.- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety practices.- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification
• Proven experience as a Cook in a high-volume kitchen
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus
