The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent and/or trade secret litigation. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex intellectual property litigation matters, including patent and trade secret disputes.
• Manage all aspects of case preparation, including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of intellectual property issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while taking ownership of client matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of law firm experience in intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent and/or trade secret cases.
• A preference for candidates with an undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, materials science, physics, or a related technical field (other degrees will be considered if supported by strong work experience).
• Strong academic credentials from law school and undergraduate studies.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex legal concepts.
• Strong leadership potential and a proactive approach to increasing responsibility.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
