Patent Associate - Philadelphia

Responsibilities :
- Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications in a variety of technical fields, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related technologies.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on patentability, patent portfolio management, and patent infringement issues.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and clients to develop strong, effective patent strategies.
- Conduct patent searches and analyse prior art to support application filings and patentability assessments.
- Represent clients in communication with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and foreign patent offices.
- Assist in litigation support and patent litigation matters, as necessary.
- Keep clients informed and provide expert advice on patent-related matters, including licensing, patent disputes, and strategic planning.
