What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structured Finance and Securitization Associate position at Eden Rose USA?
Eden Rose is assisting a prestigious client in their search for mid-level and senior associates to join their Capital Markets team.
The ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of significant experience in Securitization, Structured Finance, Structured Products, corporate finance, and / or real estate. While experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other asset-based lending (ABL) finance is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Candidates should possess exceptional academic credentials and demonstrate strong experience within a reputable Law Firm.
A Juris Doctor (JD) LAW degree is required, along with proven expertise as a Securitization / Structured Finance Associate.
This role offers a competitive annual base salary ranging from $300,000 to $420,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and work location.
