Edenbrook St. Cloud seeks a dedicated and compassionate Admissions Nurse to join our team. The Admissions Nurse is critical in ensuring a smooth and welcoming admission process for new residents, coordinating with various healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will uphold our commitment to excellence in patient care while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Resident Rights : Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and dignity in patient care while reporting complaints, abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of patient property.
- Safety and Sanitation : Follow safety protocols, properly use safety equipment, and maintain disaster preparedness.
- Staff Development : Attend training, maintain certifications, and participate in Quality Assurance and Assessment (QAA) processes.
- Regulatory and Certification Responsibilities : Ensure adherence to Federal and State regulations and certification requirements while actively participating in regulatory surveys and corrections.
- Administrative Responsibilities : Participate in staff and department meetings, maintain composure in job-related occurrences, and perform miscellaneous assignments as required.
