Position : Campus Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening : Identify and evaluate candidates for open positions, ensuring they align with the qualifications and cultural values of our centers.
- Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles within the organization.
- Recruitment Ambassador : Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes while representing the values and mission of Eden East.
- Retention Strategies : Collaborate with retention committees to develop innovative strategies to support and retain current employees.
- Community Engagement : Establish and nurture relationships with trade schools, technical schools, high schools, community colleges, and vocational programs to attract top talent.
- Innovative Techniques : Employ diverse and creative recruitment methods to stay ahead of industry trends and generate a strong candidate pool.
- Candidate Relations : Provide clear and inspiring information to candidates about Eden East's values, culture, and opportunities.
- Proactive Recruitment : Build a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles, anticipating future talent needs.
- Problem Solving : Identify ineffective recruitment or retention efforts, and work with facility leaders and regional teams to develop solutions.
- Collaboration : Partner with other regional liaisons to align recruitment priorities and strategies.
- Employment Branding : Enhance Eden East's employment brand and online recruiting presence, particularly on social media channels.
- Outreach and Representation : Attend local job fairs and conferences to represent Eden East and promote opportunities within the organization.
- Reporting : Provide weekly reports summarizing recruitment activities, successes, and upcoming priorities.
