- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles within the organization.
- Recruitment Ambassador: Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes while representing the values and mission of Eden East.
- Retention Strategies: Collaborate with retention committees to develop innovative strategies to support and retain current employees.
- Community Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with trade schools, technical schools, high schools, community colleges, and vocational programs to attract top talent.
- Innovative Techniques: Employ diverse and creative recruitment methods to stay ahead of industry trends and generate a strong candidate pool.
- Candidate Relations: Provide clear and inspiring information to candidates about Eden East's values, culture, and opportunities.
- Proactive Recruitment: Build a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles, anticipating future talent needs.
- Problem Solving: Identify ineffective recruitment or retention efforts, and work with facility leaders and regional teams to develop solutions.
