Evansville Manor is a skilled nursing facility located in Evansville, Wisconsin. We are recruiting Full-time and Part-time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide quality care to guests in a nourishing environment.
Job Description
- Provides individualized attention to encourage each guest's ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Cares for guests' activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Attends to individual needs, such as incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, and other needs.
- Maintains skin integrity by changing incontinent guests, turning, repositioning immobile guests, and applying moisturizers to fragile skin.
- Performs tasks assigned by the floor nurse, including checking vital signs, weighing guests, applying creams/ointments, and collecting specimens.
The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, has experience in long-term care, and can communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. Requirements include being certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Wisconsin, having experience in long-term care, and being able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
