Position: Dietary Manager
Charleston House Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dietary Manager to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment
- Manage staff in the kitchen environment
- Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
- Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
- Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
Job Requirements:
- Customer service orientated
- Certified as a Dietary Manager preferred
- Experienced in long-term care required
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Skilled nursing facility: 1 year (Required)
- License/Certification:
- Certified Dietary Manager (Preferred)
