Qualifications
- License: Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota.
- Experience: Proven experience in a skilled nursing home environment with at least one year of successful experience as a Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, or Director of Nursing (DON).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with federal and state survey processes.
- Industry Background: Work history in the long-term care industry.
- Certification: Wound Care Certification (preferred, but not required).
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time to handle tasks and responsibilities, pushing initiatives forward strategically.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate determination, resilience, and grit to achieve high-quality measures.
- Hands-On Approach: Desire to understand floor operations, being hands-on and present during times of need.
- Building Rounds: Consistently engage with staff and residents to foster relationships, address concerns, and ensure high standards of care.
