Job Summary: PRN Speech-Language Pathologist
Omro Care Center, a skilled nursing facility within Eden Senior Care Network, seeks a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide rehabilitation services across our service locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Effective communication of patient progress to supervisors and team members, as well as assistance with scheduling, are essential responsibilities.
- Documenting daily charges in patient records and instructing patient families or nursing staff on follow-through programs are also crucial duties.
