Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of the community to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
Provide leadership, direction, and support to all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
Develop and implement strategic goals to improve services and achieve organizational objectives.
2. Resident Care Satisfaction
Regularly engage with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction and promptly address concerns.
Continuously assess residents' needs and create programs and services that support independence and well-being.
Uphold and enhance the quality of life for residents by maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
3. Regulatory Compliance
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including housing and landlord-tenant laws.
Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to all licensing and accreditation requirements.
4. Staff Development
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed.

Qualifications
