Key Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in administering company benefits programs such as life, health, dental, and disability insurances, 401K, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- OSHA Compliance/Injuries:
- Oversee OSHA compliance, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage and track workplace injuries, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
- Administer bi-monthly payroll processes.
- Accurately enter and maintain employee data in HR systems.
- Assist in developing and implementing corrective action and discipline procedures.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of recruiting efforts, including sourcing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing timely follow-up.Onboarding and Orientation:
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Conduct orientations to introduce new employees to company policies and culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience in a long-term care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
