Edenbrook St. Cloud, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, a skilled nursing facility is seeking for a Kitchen Supervisor for our wonderful skilled nursing facility!
Position: Kitchen Supervisor (Full-Time)
We are seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor that can support the Dietary Manager and a desire to provide the best of nutritious meals for our residents. This individual would be working Full-Time from 11:30 AM to 8 PM and would need to work every other weekend.
*ServSafe Certification preferred*
Kitchen Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily production list
- Ensure that all stations remain stocked before and during the meal period
- Verify that kitchen staff follows all recipes and portions servings correctly
- Keep kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized
- Place food and supply orders as directed
- Receive product, then verify the invoice and freshness of merchandise
- Hire and train employees to company standards
- Set excellent customer service and work examples
- Actively participate as a member of the management team
- Manage staffing levels throughout shift under the general direction of the Director of Food and Beverage
- Oversee kitchen labor and food cost to budgetary requirements

Are you:
- Customer service orientated
- Certified as a Dietary Manager or possess at least an Associates degree in food service or Culinary Arts
- Experienced in long-term care preferred
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
