Position: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
We are looking for a Nursing home Administrator for Fair Oaks Lodge a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Wadena Mn.
The Nursing Home Administrator must be licensed in Minnesota (or willing to become one) and ideally have at least one year of experience as an LHNA. This is a great team to work with, with great corporate support and competitive compensation with quarterly bonus potential. Enquire today!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Minnesota
- Knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid requirements.
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care
- Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care administration
Responsibilities:
- Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate health services
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare outcomes
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
