Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality care to residents in a nourishing environment.
- Assist with new admissions, re-admissions, and transfers within the facility.
- Participate in infection control and standard precaution practices when providing care.
- Report hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, and supply issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
