Position: Memory Care Nurse Supervisor
LPN - $30 to $32 per hour | RN - $33 to $35 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated Memory Care Nurse Supervisor (LPN/RN) to lead our Memory Care unit. This role is ideal for a compassionate and experienced nurse with a background in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. The Memory Care Nurse Supervisor will oversee clinical operations, ensure exceptional resident care, and support staff development.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff in the Memory Care unit.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents with Alzheimer’s/Dementia.
- Monitor residents' conditions and adjust care strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Train and mentor nursing staff on best practices in memory care.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding residents’ health and care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents' quality of life.
Requirements:
- LPN or RN license (active and in good standing).
- Previous experience in Alzheimer’s/Dementia care preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
