Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nursing Team Leader oversees nursing staff and operations during the schedule of either 8:30 am-5:00 pm or 11:00 am-7:30 pm shift and participates in an on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, including staff assignments, workflow management, and quality assurance.
- Monitor resident care plans to ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective care plans.
- Conduct performance evaluations, offer mentorship, and identify training needs for staff development.
- Address and resolve staff or resident concerns promptly and effectively.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, responding to emergencies and ensuring continuity of care.
- Implement and maintain infection control standards and other safety protocols.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with medical and legal standards.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Nurse Manager, Nursing Coordinator, or equivalent.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
