Edenbrook Lakeside is seeking a dependable, hands-on PRN/Seasonal General Laborer to support our team during a large-scale renovation project. This position plays a key role in preparing our facility to support the launch of a new Ventilator Unit and Dialysis Unit. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks including cleaning, light construction, drywall work, outdoor maintenance, moving furniture and equipment, and other general labor duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with facility renovations
- Light construction and basic carpentry
- Drywall repair and installation
- Replacing ceiling tiles
- Perform general cleaning and organization tasks both indoors and outdoors
- Support landscaping and outdoor upkeep as needed
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies within the facility
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and leadership
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general labor, construction, or maintenance preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work PRN (as needed), including possible evenings or weekends
