Position : Regional Driver
We are seeking a reliable and professional full-time Driver to join our team. This position is crucial to facilitating smooth admissions and ensuring patients can access follow-up appointments in the Milwaukee and Madison area. The majority of the trip would be out of the Fox Valley Region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide safe and timely transportation for admissions to and from facilities within the Greater Fox Valley Region.
- Transport patients to follow-up appointments in Milwaukee and Madison as needed.
- Assist patients with boarding and exiting the vehicle in a safe manner.
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules and mileage.
- Communicate effectively with facility staff, patients, and medical personnel regarding transport schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers.
