Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Omro Care Center. As a PRN SLP, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services to patients in one or more of our service locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized therapy plans to meet individual patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Provide education and training to patient's family or nursing staff to enhance care delivery.
