We are seeking a skilled PRN Physical Therapist to join our team at Omro Care Center, a skilled nursing facility within the Eden Senior Care Network.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide rehabilitation services across one or more of our service locations and be part of a dynamic healthcare community.
**Responsibilities**
- Assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation
- Offering cost-effective treatments to improve clients' motion and mobility
- Reducing the need for medications and providing alternatives to surgery
- Developing care plans using various treatment techniques
- Providing quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Motivating patients during treatment to help them function optimally
- Consulting and practicing with other health professionals
- Documenting patient care services
**Requirements**
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist
- Valid license to practice physical therapy
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
