Edenbrook South is looking for an RN Supervisor to enrich the lives of our residents.
Position : RN Supervisor
As the RN Supervisor , you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations, as well as local standards and guidelines.
- Design, implement, and evaluate nursing systems that ensure consistent care delivery while maintaining and promoting resident rights.
- Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily, including at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure residents are protected from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
- Collaborate as a key member of the facility’s interdisciplinary management team in planning, policy formation, and administrative decision-making, with a focus on nursing services.
