Job Description: PRN Speech-Language Pathologist
Omro Care Center, a skilled nursing facility within Eden Senior Care Network, seeks a highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide rehabilitation services across our service locations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Documentation of patient progress and communicating with supervisors and team members are critical responsibilities.
- Instructing patient families or nursing staff on follow-through programs and maintaining equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition are also important duties.
