- Looking for someone with previous leadership experience in Long Term Care.
- Also serves as the facility Risk Manager.
- Key Management position for facility.
- Ability to lead & train staff and be flexible.
- Able to relate well to staff, patients and family members.
- Able to fill in as Director of Nursing when that person is out.
- Champion of Quality Improvement activities, education and Infection Control.

- Must have current CPR license.
