Position: Full-Time Associate Veterinarian
Salary: $100k base production (ProSal model, no negative accural)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical exams, diagnose, and create treatment plans for a variety of animal patients.
- Conduct routine surgeries and dental procedures.
- Provide urgent care services for walk-in patients, addressing a wide range of acute medical concerns.
- Communicate with pet parents about preventive care, nutrition, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
- Mentor and collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff.
What You Bring:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
- Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) to practice in New York.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to continuously learn.
- Compassionate, client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
