About The Role

As our Chief Operations Officer for Telehealth, you'll be at the forefront of this revolution, leading our team to unprecedented heights. You'll oversee the entire operation, from streamlining processes to scaling our services, ensuring we deliver exceptional patient care efficiently and effectively.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with our overall business goals. Drive innovation and continuous improvement to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
  • Team Management: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize our telehealth platform and workflows to minimize wait times, maximize provider productivity, and ensure seamless patient journeys. Implement robust quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Financial Performance: Oversee the financial performance of the telehealth division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Scalability and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to scale our telehealth services, expanding our reach and impact. Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the telehealth market.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Eden

  • Proven Leadership: A minimum of 6 years of experience in operations leadership roles, preferably in a direct to consumer, CPG, or telehealth setting with an ability to drive 10X value.
  • Drive Operational Excellence and Scale: Lead the optimization of workflows and day-to-day operations to support rapid scaling from ~$70M ARR to $500M ARR, ensuring efficiency in highly regulated telehealth environments.
  • Strategic Framework Development: Build and implement scalable frameworks that adapt to evolving business demands, enabling sustainable growth without overextending resources.
  • Balance Speed and Precision: Deliver high-quality outcomes on compressed timelines by aligning strategy with execution and optimizing team performance.
  • Foster Cross-Departmental Alignment: Facilitate seamless collaboration across teams to maintain operational clarity and integration during periods of growth and change.
  • Servant Leadership and Accountability: Lead with ownership and inspire trust, empowering teams to succeed in fast-paced, high-growth environments while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strong strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute long-term operational plans.
  • Operational Excellence: A deep understanding of direct to consumer operations.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IT systems, telehealth platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • People Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

Compensation at Eden will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Eden has identified the expected annual base salary range for this role: $200-$300k DOE & 15-25% of annual salary, tied to the achievement of specific performance metrics related to operational efficiency, revenue growth, and patient satisfaction.

At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation.
