Medical Assistant (Aesthetics + HRT)

Job Summary:

Eden Health Club is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant with experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Medical Aesthetics to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about metabolic health, regenerative medicine, and providing high-quality patient care. You will support medical providers in clinical procedures, assist with minor surgical interventions, and help manage patient treatments, including HRT, Aesthetics, and Wellness therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist medical providers with HRT and Aesthetic Injectable consultations and follow-up care for both men and women.
• Prepare and assist in minor surgical procedures and aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, fillers, microneedling, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Assist in medication preparation and inventory management for HRT and surgical procedures.
• Conduct vital sign assessments, blood draws, and IV therapy preparations for patients undergoing wellness treatments.
• Obtain and record patient medical history and relevant information (e.g., allergies, medications, current health conditions).
• Maintain sterile technique and assist in surgical setup and equipment sterilization, ensuring compliance with OSHA and clinical safety protocols.
• Educate patients on HRT protocols, metabolic health treatments, and post-procedure care to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Manage medical records, patient histories, and lab results with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support providers in injectables, hormone therapy, and peptide therapy administration.
• Greet and escort patients to treatment rooms in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure a seamless patient experience, addressing concerns, answering questions, and following up on treatment progress.
• Monitor and manage supplies needed for various procedures and treatments, ensuring that the clinic is well-stocked.
• Ensure all medical documentation complies with privacy regulations and patient confidentiality.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
• Surgical tech certification or relevant experience in an aesthetic or wellness clinic setting.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years dermatology, surgical, or wellness clinic experience with an interest in the Beauty Industry.
• Experience in medication preparation and patient education.
• Strong understanding of hormone replacement therapy, metabolic health, anti-aging treatments, and regenerative medicine.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end medical and wellness environment.
