As a Member Coordinator, you will play a vital role in membership sales, client engagement, and delivering personalized experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teams in coordinating aesthetics and wellness services, treatments, and programs.
- Assist with scheduling, sales, and payment processing through our management software.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between the fitness, med spa, and wellness teams.
- Promote health and wellness offerings, including memberships, packages, treatments, and retail products, to drive engagement.

- 2 years of sales concierge and med spa experience.
- Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and POS platform preferred.
- Experience with membership and package sales preferred.
- Knowledge of skincare, wellness treatments, and/or fitness programs is advantageous.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. wellness, aesthetics, business) is a plus.
