Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Wellness vertical to achieve rapid, sustainable growth.
- Own and drive the revenue, profitability, and operational KPIs for the vertical.
- Align cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, medical operations (MedOps), pharmaceutical operations (PharmOps), care team, and sales, to deliver aggressive growth targets.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute high-ROI opportunities in marketing, distribution, and monetization.
- Scale multi-channel acquisition strategies, leveraging paid media, partnerships, and organic growth tactics to maximize customer LTV.
- Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team to position the Wellness vertical as the dominant market leader.
- Drive omnichannel growth strategies, ensuring seamless integration across digital, telehealth, and in-person experiences.
- Expand the reach of the vertical by identifying new audience segments and developing go-to-market strategies for each.
- Work closely with Product, PharmOps, and MedOps to drive product development and innovation tailored to Wellness consumers, including Eden Wellness products and services to support the vertical.
- Ensure seamless product launches that integrate marketing, sales, and customer onboarding processes.
- Develop frameworks for personalized treatment protocols based on member data, improving adherence and outcomes.
- Ensure best-in-class regulatory compliance across marketing, product, and operations (FDA, FTC, HIPAA, etc.).
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Care Team and MedOps to streamline the member experience, from initial consult to sustained results.
- Develop scalable and repeatable operational frameworks to support rapid growth while maintaining high margins.
- Optimize fulfillment, telehealth operations, and customer support to deliver superior member outcomes.
- Implement rigorous performance tracking and real-time analytics to measure impact and optimize key business levers.
- Utilize predictive modeling to enhance marketing efficiency and customer retention strategies.
- Work closely with Finance & Profitability Teams to balance growth with sustainable unit economics.
- Lead the team in rapid iteration and testing, ensuring continuous improvement in acquisition, retention, and monetization based on success data and adherence data.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12 years in high-growth DTC healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or wellness marketing.
- Proven experience scaling businesses from early-stage growth to $500M ARR.
- Deep expertise in paid media, performance marketing, retention strategies, product innovation, and operations.
- Mastery of data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, and performance tracking.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills across Care, PharmOps, MedOps, Product, and Marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry is preferred.
