About the Role
Were looking for a Zendesk Freelance Consultant to join our mission-driven team on a project basis. Your role will be to set up, customize, and optimize Zendesk to align with Edens unique needs while providing ongoing support to ensure we continue to grow and thrive. This is a flexible and impactful opportunity to contribute to our goal of improving America's metabolic healthone customer interaction at a time.
Your Responsibilities
- Launch & Integrate: Implement Zendesk Chat, with plans to expand into additional support channels.
- Optimize Workflows: Analyze, adapt, and streamline support processes for maximum efficiency.
- Customize Zendesk: Configure roles, automations, macros, and other features to match our goals.
- Connect Systems: Seamlessly integrate Zendesk with tools like CRMs and e-commerce platforms.
- Train & Empower: Train our team and create concise, user-friendly guides to ensure ongoing success.
- Be There When Needed: Offer flexible, reliable follow-up support to address questions or challenges.

Compensation at Eden will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Eden has identified the expected annual base salary range for this role: up to $60/hr DOE.
At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation.
