Edencrest at Timberline is recruiting for a Maintenance Director. In this role you will be able to deliver excellent support and customer service to resident needs and the physical plant needs at the community. The Director will also be able to learn, retain, and keep the community in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Pay: Starting at $22/hour and up depending on experience
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Director:
- Implement and document preventative maintenance program for facility and equipment, as assigned.
- Oversee and maintain community grounds including outside/inside building repair and lawn maintenance in cooperation with the landscaping contractor and garbage removal services.
- Maintain and oversee repair of facility equipment to ensure proper function.
- Prepare apartments for resident move-ins; including painting, carpet laying, replacement of vinyl floors and installation of ceiling fans or general repairs that need to occur prior to move-in.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with physical plant maintenance is preferred.
- Interest in working with the older adult population.
