Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing, branding, and strategy development. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns that promote our company and app across various platforms. You will work closely with our team to develop strategies that drive user engagement, increase app downloads, and elevate brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Development: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- SEO & SEM Strategies: Develop and implement SEO and website optimization strategies to improve search engine visibility and rankings. Create and manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
- Brand Strategy: Develop and maintain consistent branding strategies that align with the company’s mission and values, ensuring a cohesive voice across all marketing materials.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience (text, infographics, video, etc.) for social media platforms, advertising, email campaigns and website.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify key insights, measure success, and optimize marketing strategies to achieve measurable growth.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and consumer behaviors within the health and wellness space, applying insights to marketing strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development team to align marketing efforts with app features and updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding, strategy development, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling copy and content.
- Knowledge of mobile app marketing and user acquisition strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign performance.
- Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for the health and nutrition sector.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
