YOU WILL VIBE WITH US As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for managing technology transformation projects (core applications), ensuring the definition of technological solutions and adherence to planning, and coordinating the work of cross-functional teams, both internal and external to the company. Main activities: Define and plan a transformation roadmap for the relevant systems, adopting best software development practices to ensure a smooth and successful transition; Propose technical solutions consistent with development and architectural guidelines; Plan the activities of external vendors, supervise the quality and readability of the code, and ensure compliance with proposed guidelines; Identify and address constraints and issues that could generate risks to project plans; Provide regular updates to management by preparing project status reports. WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU 5-10 years of experience in managing complex transformation projects (reverse engineering/migrations from monolithic architecture to microservices) using Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban); Knowledge of modern Java frameworks (Spring Boot); Knowledge of server-side programming, PLSQL, and shell scripting related to the maintenance of decommissioning legacy systems; Previous experience in creating code executed in cloud environments using PaaS (Azure, AWS, GCP); Experience in modern applications with knowledge of SDLC (git, unit testing, CI/CD); Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related fields.
