A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: As a Customer Service Representative, the daily responsibilities include answering inbound calls from students and parents, making outbound calls to current or prior students, operating multiple computer programs, and offering first-class customer service. You will have support from senior agents and leadership who are just a phone call away when you need assistance. You will feel rewarded by helping to support students with their life-changing journey.
Scheduling

- Weekdays 4-8pm; Saturdays 10am - 2pm (5 days totaling 20 hours, and you choose the 4 weekdays you want to work)
- Saturdays required, 4 hours
- Start Date 4/14/2025

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Customer Service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a background check and Drug Test required
