This role will focus on supporting business development efforts and got to market strategies to support the continued growth in key sectors, including architectural renovations and large-scale restoration projects. Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify strategic opportunities with large landowners, government entities, and institutional clients through multiple channels, including RFP platforms, LinkedIn, targeted prospect lists, and industry-specific sources.
- Cultivate and maintains a pipeline of potential clients and projects, collaborating closely with partners and business development stakeholders to ensure alignment and growth.
- Lead accountability initiatives, providing key BD stakeholders with reports on KPIs, sales performance metrics, revenue targets, lead conversion rates, etc. to drive business decisions.
- Partner with leadership to refine and evolve the firm’s business development strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while targeting market segments.
- Develop and present proposals, effectively communicating the firm's value proposition to prospective clients and continuously refine the go-to-market strategy based on findings.
- Represent EDG at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, collaborating with the Director of Marketing and EDG Partners to enhance visibility and build relationships with key industry influencers and stakeholders.
