The Role:
- Bakery Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the bakery, ensuring seamless service and adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Leadership Development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, including co-managers, assistant managers, and associates.
- Financial Management: Control food, labor, and supply costs using sales forecasts, projections, and budget analysis.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address complex customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction at every level.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee development through regular training sessions and performance evaluations.

Requirements:
