Duties

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of staff.
• Oversee inventory control, ensuring stock levels are maintained and products are organized efficiently.
• Train and orient new employees, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Engage with customers to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate with vendors for optimal pricing and product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to promote wireless sales initiatives.
