Daytime Bakery Associate

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bakery Processing Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our large-scale bakery production, assisting in the processing of a wide range of cake products, deli items, and other bakery goods. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Bakery Processing: Assist in the processingof cake products, deli items, and other bakery goods according to established recipes and production schedules.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Shift Work: Work Monday through Friday shifts (6am-2pm) to support bakery production operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and shifts to achieve production goals and ensure efficient workflow.
• Acceptance of Feedback: Accept constructive criticism and feedback from supervisors and peers to continuously improve performance and quality of work.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow all safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of food safety.
• High Integrity: Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all aspects of work, including handling ingredients, equipment, and interactions with team members and customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
• Excellent organizational skills and commitment to cleanliness.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday shifts (6am-2pm).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• High integrity and reliability.
