Compensation:
- Base hourly rate: $16 - $20 per hour (includes base pay average tips)
Shift Details:
- Hours of operation: 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM (shifts will vary depending on opening/closing responsibilities and location needs)
- Days: Monday through Saturday (Off days: Sunday and one day early in the week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Assist in managing and supporting retail staff, including cake decorators, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and customer service.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every guest receives friendly, prompt service and a welcoming experience.
- Product Oversight: Maintain the quality and presentation of our cakes and baked goods, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in all aspects of production and display.
- Operational Efficiency: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold our standards of cleanliness and food safety, keeping the store and workspaces immaculate at all times.
