Century Cabinets, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative with Construction experience for the Northeast Atlanta region. The ideal candidate will act as liaison between Century Cabinets and builders/superintendents/sub-contractors to assure excellent completion of all orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Liaison to Customers (Field Personnel/Superintendents/Sub-Contractors)
- Schedule Homeowner Warranty and Service work as required
- Schedule Drops/Installation of countertops with partner fabricators
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Three years of Cabinet Industry knowledge
- Purchasing/Receiving experience
- Excellent communications skills – ability to be clearly understood on phone as well as clear concise written communication
- Excellent multi-talker
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively represent Century Cabinets with our customers & sub-contractors
- Knowledge of Smartsheet's and Quick Books helpful
- Prior experience with online builder supply portals (i.e., Supply Pro) helpful
- 50-75% travel throughout the territory (Northeast Atlanta - Flowery Branch, Buford, Brassleton)
