Position Description
As a function of Edge’s Customer Voice and Carrier Services department, process incoming customer orders for Edge voice services.
Key Responsibilities
- Review & verify received customer orders
- Create project task assignments in Edge’s internal ticketing system
- Monitor ticketing system for new orders and triage existing
- Coordinate with other external vendor partners to transfer phone numbers
