- Collaborate seamlessly with Dr. Vishala Patel to assist during various dental procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Meticulously prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and organize necessary materials for dental procedures.
- Utilize your extensive experience in dental assistance to proficiently take and develop dental x-rays, contributing to accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.
- Actively engage in dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for both new and existing patients.
- Play a key role in patient recruitment efforts by ensuring a hospitable environment that encourages referrals, supporting the growth of our practice.
- Uphold a sterile environment by strictly adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Demonstrate a wealth of experience in taking and recording vital signs, contributing to comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments and meticulously document medical histories, ensuring a thorough understanding of individual healthcare needs.
- Leverage your expertise to assist with medical coding and documentation, supporting streamlined administrative processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
- Completion of a recognized dental assistant program or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in a dental setting.
- Possession of X-ray certification, highlighting your proficiency in diagnostic imaging.
- In-depth knowledge of dental systems and procedures, showcasing your ability to seamlessly integrate into Edge Dental Designs.
- Familiarity with medical records management and a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to uphold patient confidentiality.
