Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management software such as Primavera, Prolog, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and ProCore for effective project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Prepare and manage contracts to ensure all parties meet their obligations.
- Develop project schedules and timelines to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and tools (e.g., Primavera, Prolog).
- Familiarity with quality control processes in construction projects.
- Proficient in using HeavyBid and Bluebeam for bid management and document control.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
