This position plays a crucial role in overseeing electrical projects, ensuring that all work aligns with our high standards of excellence, and contributing to the reputation of service that sets us apart from other contractors in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Supervise on-site technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Schedule and allocate resources efficiently, optimizing the use of materials and labor
• Communicate project updates and any potential challenges to project management and clients
• Inspect electrical installations to ensure they meet local and national code requirements
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, promoting skills development and safety best practices
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Proficiency in scheduling and resource allocation for multiple projects
• Hands-on experience with electrical installations and troubleshooting
• Valid electrical license and relevant certifications as per state requirements
